We are excited to invite TPHP undergraduate students from the 2022 intake to join our research team under the guidance of Dr.rer.nat. Lucia Dhiantika Witasari, S.Farm., Apt., M.Biotech. The topics offered are listed below:

• Antibacterial activities of Kulat Pelawan (Heimioporus sp.) extract
• Formulation and characterization (physicochemical and sensory analysis) of cookies using trans-free shortening from interesterified RPO 
• Storage stability and accelerated shelf-life testing of interesterified RPO-SIO margarine
• Formulation of high omega-3 mayonnaise enriched with interesterified RPO-SIO
• Formulation of high omega-3 chocolate spread enriched with interesterified RPO-SIO
• Whole genome sequencing analysis of Geobacillus sp. DS3.
