We are excited to invite Master’s students from ITP, THP, and Biotechnology majors to join our research team under the guidance of Dr.rer.nat. Lucia Dhiantika Witasari, S.Farm., Apt., M.Biotech. The topics offered are listed below:

  • Ginger Essential Oil soft candy formulation for GERD Prevention (in Collaboration with INTAN and UIM)
  • WGS analysis of Aspergillus sp. (in Collaboration with TUM)
  • Cloning and expression of laccase from Aspergillus sp. as aflatoxin degrading enzyme
  • Porous starch synthesis from Indonesia’s local tuber using alpha-amylase and glucoamylase enzymes
  • Encapsulation of Bifidobacterium infantis using Local Tuber Porous Starch and Its Synbiotic Interaction (in Collaboration with HES-SO Valais Wallis)
  • Risk assessment of chemical and microbiological hazards of primary school canteen/street food vendor (in Collaboration with Ghent University)
  • Microbial Protein Source from Thermophilic Cyanobacteria (in Collaboration with Biology UGM)
  • Prebiotic and Immunomodulatory potential of Heimioporus sp. Polysaccharide (in Collaboration with Unair and IPB)

  • Optimizing the Roasting Process to Enhance Sensory Attributes and Polyphenol Content of Sumatra Mandheling Coffee (taken)
  • Antibacterial activities of Kulat Pelawan (Heimioporus sp.) extract (taken)
  • Storage stability and accelerated shelf-life testing of interesterified RPO-SIO margarine (taken)
  • Formulation of high omega-3 mayonnaise enriched with interesterified RPO-SIO (taken)
  • Formulation of high omega-3 chocolate spread enriched with interesterified RPO-SIO (taken)
