- Ginger Essential Oil soft candy formulation for GERD Prevention (in Collaboration with INTAN and UIM)
- WGS analysis of Aspergillus sp. (in Collaboration with TUM)
- Cloning and expression of laccase from Aspergillus sp. as aflatoxin degrading enzyme
- Porous starch synthesis from Indonesia’s local tuber using alpha-amylase and glucoamylase enzymes
- Encapsulation of Bifidobacterium infantis using Local Tuber Porous Starch and Its Synbiotic Interaction (in Collaboration with HES-SO Valais Wallis)
- Risk assessment of chemical and microbiological hazards of primary school canteen/street food vendor (in Collaboration with Ghent University)
- Microbial Protein Source from Thermophilic Cyanobacteria (in Collaboration with Biology UGM)
- Prebiotic and Immunomodulatory potential of Heimioporus sp. Polysaccharide (in Collaboration with Unair and IPB)
